National Library's Literacy and Learning Directorate sits within the Information and Knowledge Services branch, the Department's epicenter of information management, culture and heritage.
We are looking for an exceptional person to lead the circulation team contributing to successfully delivering circulation operations for lending services from Auckland that support reading engagement and learning for teachers and learners across the North Island. This full time, fixed term position will be based in Auckland. Secondments will also be considered.
The Team Leader Circulation is a skilled people and operational leader who will build a positive and high performing team culture. Ideally you will have previous experience in a leadership role and demonstrated ability in building teams and lifting performance.
This is a key role which requires exceptional communication team leadership and systems thinking skills, the ability to develop creative solutions to operational challenges and contribute knowledge and expertise to a systems and processes uplift project.
